Sunrise Sweet Potato Prebiotic Smoothie
Start the day with a creamy, mildly spicy smoothie packed with prebiotic fibers to feed your gut bacteria and help maintain a healthy bowel flora and intestinal lining. Add a half scoop of vanilla vegan protein to make this a multi-tasker.
1/2 - 3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup cold filtered water
1/2 sliced green banana
1/4 cup fresh cubed papaya (or more, depending on sweetness desired)
1/2 cup cubed raw sweet potato
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Blend till smooth and enjoy cold!
