Blueberry Cobbler? Yes, Please.
It’s summer (at least here in Florida), and there are tons of big, fat blueberries in the grocery store. It’s got me craving a big bowl of blueberry cobbler - has to be in a bowl for all the whipped cream - but how to make that just a little more friendly to my gut and waistline?
The answer: this beauty of a smoothie!
Blueberry Cobbler Smoothie
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop vegan protein powder
2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
1/2 banana
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Blend and top with a handful of fresh blueberries and enjoy the taste of summer! Whipped cream optional….
